Card Show Event September 13th/14th

BACK AGAIN!!!

Gergen Hobbies is proud to be hosting another TWO DAY EVENT!! This only happens once a year so make sure to sign up early as we expect space will be going fast! Please read the details before as there are some small but important changes to this year's event. Please Note: ALL TABLE FEES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS

3 Tables Max: (No Mix 'n' Match)

First, we will be limiting everyone to 3 Tables Maximum and will require everyone to either rent all tables or bring their own tables. Our goal, is to ensure that everyone in our community has an opportunity to experience what it's like to be a vendor at an event and this will ensure we can maximize the variety of vendors. Also, this will ensure no tables go missing whether it's a vendor or Gergen Hobbies, everyone will be responsible for their own tables.

BYOT (Bring Your Own Table):

BYOT is back! BYOT allows vendors to bring their own tables at a discounted rate! PLEASE NOTE: Tables must not be longer than 8ft in length in order to qualify. Also, if smaller tables are brought, they will still be counted the same as a 8ft table so no more than 3 tables max. (All electricity and shelf questions, please call store to inquire more information).

For 1 Day Only Vendors:

We will open pricing and options for 1 Day only if there are still space available. We expecting for big numbers based on previous 2 day event attendance records so will be giving priority to vendors who can make both days first. PLEASE NOTE: If we are able to open 1 Day options, most likely you will NOT have 3 tables, but most likely will be 2 or 1 table options. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VENDORS

Vendor set up time on the September 13th will be at 8:30am. Vendors will enter mall through the back entrance behind Hobby Lobby. Set up time on September 14th will be at 9:30am.
